Refund policy

1. Overview

At Midnight Surprise, we take pride in delivering joy. Due to the nature of our products - which include perishable items (cakes, flowers) and personalized gift boxes - our return and refund policy is strictly governed by the type of product purchased.

2. Perishable Goods (Cakes, Flowers, and Food)

  • No Returns: Perishable items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

  • Issues upon Delivery: If a cake or floral arrangement arrives damaged or is significantly different from your order, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of delivery) at +9472 800 6118 with a clear photograph of the item.

  • Resolution: We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement delivery or a partial/full refund depending on the extent of the damage.

3. Personalized and Custom Items

  • Items that are personalized, customized, or made-to-order are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

4. Non-Perishable Items

  • For non-perishable gift items (e.g., jewelry, standard gift boxes), you have 7 days to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellation is not possible for orders placed via website.

  • Same-Day/Midnight Orders: Once an order is processed for same-day or midnight delivery, it cannot be cancelled as preparation and coordination begin immediately.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10] business days, depending on your bank's policies.
